Just want to let you all know that the 2 Notice has arrived at Kens house, so we not have the approval in writing...All I need now is for Ken to get home and fax it to the Embassy in Madrid to open that provisonal file... Im so Excited YIPPEE!!!!!!

Did you ever find out from the Consulate in regards to what they
required as far as permission goes from your ex-husband to bring your
children to the U.S?

Well the answer to that question is NO!! I callesd 2 times to see if I could find out anything and was told we they migt it will depend on the officer!!, I called my solicitor again and he still tells me that I do not required it, becase the court order says it all, so, he is going to give me a letter for te embassy telling them that my ex has been informed of the new address, and as in the court order says I have informedhim of the new address.!! so we will see.??!!!

Hope you get the right answer. Geeze the last thing you need to be
told is that you need the letter which delays everything even more.
