Default 2002 Poverty Guidelines

Does anyone have a link to the 2002 poverty guidelines for the I-864, and know when
they will be start going by the new ones? all the current I-864 form says it to go by
the 2001 ones until "spring 2002". Well it was 75 degrees here in Maryland today, and
that's spring in my book!

thanks guys.

Awww, 75? We're not going to see that for a while here in Michigan. It did get up to
almost 60 the other day. Oh, well that's better than 32 which was the temp when I
came back from Ireland.

See the Doc Steen site here:
http://www.mindspring.com/~docsteen/...o/visainfo.htm I am not a lawyer, and this
is not immigration advice. The information I provide is mostly gleaned from old
newsgroup posts and visa links on the internet. If you want or need a lawyer, go to:

well ya know, most of Michigan is further north, colder, and gets more snow than
where I am from in Canada (Niagara Falls)...you mean you guys don't have snow on the
ground up there still? 8Þ

Given the economy, I doubt they'll change much. But it's good to know to check
to be sure.

Alvena, do you know if the amounts mentioned at that link are 100% or 125% ?
Thank you .

pretty sure they are only 100%, since in the guidelines for 2001, 125% was around 22k
for a family of four, and that site shows 18k for a family of 4 in 2002.
