I sent my I-129F on 03/24/03 via Fed Ex. NSC received it on 03/25/03 and I just found out today that my 1st NOA is also on 03/25/03. Wow! They actually entered me into their system on the same day they received my petition. I'm thinking that's a good sign!

Sorry but I agree with Sunny - NSC enters petitions into their system
at the time they receive them and when sent via Fed Ex or other
priority mail, it's always received next day or within 2 days. The
1st NOA is done by the mail clerks as the first part of the entire
process and the length of time to receive it is no indication
whatsoever of how long the rest of the process will be. I sincerely
hope that your wait is not long anyway, but the shortest period I've
seen out of NSC for a long time has been 4 months. Good luck with it!
