Default 129f sent to Chicago for K3 sent back

I am confused. My husband sent our 129f K3 paperwork to the address
for the K3's as stated on the instructions for spouses and they
returned everything back....Can someone tell me the exact address: and
what title to put...I think he put USINS instead of Chicago Service
Center..Or at least WHAT IS the ADDRESS:
that will get results so we can actually obtain our 1NOA,
to send the I-129f to Chicago for the K3...??? a set back of a
month-baahumbug...

THanks

My husband says he sent it full zip code and everything to that
address...Except he put USINS at the top...Perhaps they sent it to the
BCIS in Chicago not the Service center?
I should get him to put "Missouri Service Center" Life K3/4 and then
that address like I saw on a lawyers website-and send express USPS not
return receipt???any ideas...it has been discouraging
thanks for ideas

We just sent ours off on the 4th. I addressed it as the application, NOT updated, showed. However I made the check out to BCIS and then they overwrote it with the name rather than the initials. In any event, it apparently went to the right place , they cashed the check, we got our NOA and he has his biometric appt in 2 days.
