why is all the centers except missouri approving 129 visa so fast and missouri is not

Do you have any phone #'s other than main for MSC where you got that info about IBIS?? All I've got is the good ole "automated response" #...lol.
Timeline:
MSC I-129F for K3...first NOA 5/24/02 and waiting....
