1 letter or 2?

Hi all,

My fiancée got her package from the Tokyo consulate. On one of the documents it states
on these section...
========================
E. PREPARE APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Bring a signed, dated letter from your U.S. fiance addressed to "U.S. Consul,
Tokyo" that reaffirms his/her interest in bringing you to the U.S. as a fiancé.

F. BRING YOUR FIANCE'S DOCUMENTS

......... Also bring a singed, dated letter from your U.S. fiance addressed to the
"U.S. Consul, Tokyo" that reaffirms the I129F and requests an extension of its
four month validity. This letter will allow us to process your visa application
even if the I129F has expired.
========================

I wrote the following letter, which is signed and dated:

January 26, 2001

William Jones <myAddress> <myCityStageZip> <myPhoneNumber>

Embassy of the United States of America Consular Section, Visa Branch Box 205, 1-10-5
Akasaka, Minato-ku Tokyo 107-8420 Japan

Subject: Extension of I-129F Case Number: <ourCaseNumber>

To whom it may concern,

I would like to request an additional four month extension of our I-129F application
since our travel and marriage plans have changed since the application was filed. I would
like to reaffirm my interest in bringing <myFianceesName> to the United States as my
fiancé. If you have any questions, please contact me immediately at my address listed
above. Thanks.

Sincerely,

William Jones
========================

It seems to me that my letter covers both. I am reafirming my interest in bringing her
to the U.S. as my fiance, and also requesting an additional four month extension. Am I
correct in assuming this, or should I send two letters instead? Any help is
appreciated. I just want to let everyone know that this newsgroup is an awesome
resource! I would have never gotten this far with out your web pages with detailed
steps and your answers to my questions. Thanks!

Sincerely, William
