** I-864 .. Affidavit of Support / Poverty line requirements **
My income was 25,400.00 for 2002. According to the poverty line
requirements for 2003:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/affsupp.htm#poverty
the minimum is $23,000.00. Since I am above this, must I still check
the first box under E. for I-864? "I am subject to the 125 percent
of poverty line requirements for sponsors." ?
I believe I must right?

Yes you need to use the 125% line, unless you work in the US Army,
Navy, etc...
