***AOS.... joint sponcer question

Default ***AOS.... joint sponcer question

I was wondering when filling out the AOS Under Section 213A of the Act i know i fill
out the whole packet, but does the sponcer (my dad) have to fill out the same
complete packet or just the I-864A.... thanks shelly

If you live with your father and are a part of the household your father fills out I-864A. If, however, you have two households, then you both did independent I-864's

He has to fill out a totally separate I-864 form, in addition to YOUR I-864
