Yorkshire Tea

Just been to a Walmart in North Dakota and found both Yorkshire Tea and Yorkshire Tea Gold . From what I can see, they are a damn sight cheaper than the Brit shops selling them online.
So if you:
a. shop over the border for your groceries.
b. have good taste.
then keep your eyes peeled.

Went to Walmart in Calgary last week for the first time in a while. They seem to have expanded their British section quite a bit and had the Yorkshire Tea I remember. London Drugs also had a few British items much cheaper than the British Pantry.

Have not come across it at all in our local supermarkets. In fact the only Tetley's we have found in MB has been the orange pekoe .
So you can only imagine our unbridled joy at our latest discovery :thumb:.

Given that, in the UK, there has been a very big advertising promo showing a big van going round the US advertising Yorkshire tea I would have assumed that it had become more available there, they are shown serving it to US people as well as ex-pats.

Oh for the love of god!!
Thank you Alan!

ORANGE PEKOE is a tea GRADING system NOT a bloody flavour.

The tea in the Tetleys box is EXACTLY the same as in the UK boxes!

Re: Yorkshire Tea

Given that the tea is all grown in India why not go down to your local Indian grocery shop and get some of that?
