Worthing backpacker missing in Cambodia
I hope it's ok to share here. My friend's daughter has gone missing in Cambodia. I've known this girl since she was just a little thing. I'm not sure how you guys can share but if you have any social media accounts you can share this on please do so. You just never know who might see it.

https://www.theargus.co.uk/news/1799...RzckEM0XduiEJU Thanks Although we don't ususally have duplicate threads this is different. It may help to post this again in the Far East forum. I am not sure which one would be best. I will share via my private network. I have Thai friends who have pals all over East Asia . You never know . |

Thank you so much.
Still no news. My friend has flown out there now. Hoping still for a positive outcome. |

Thanks again.
The longer it caries on the more scenarios you paint in your head. The police are now suggesting she drowned. Still hoping for a positive outcome though. |
Re: Worthing backpacker missing in Cambodia

You must be feeling sick to the very bottom of you heart. I know you are a lovely kind person which will be good for your friend during these darkest of days right now. Gutted for you and for her family. M |

The worst possible news. DanNHill, I'm so sorry that Amelia's family, you, and all who knew and loved her have had this enormous blow. So many people all over the world hoped that Amelia would be found safe and well. I send my love and deepest sympathy to you all.

Thank you everybody. Yes it was a total blow. There’s nothing I can say to my friends that makes it ok. Only time will make it easier to cope with. |

There cannot be anything worse than the loss of a child. I don’t know how or if you can ever come to terms with it.
