work pension
 

well it seems the last 22yrs I worked in the uk for the same company I had a private pension,i didn't think it would be much but they tell me I get a small lump sum circa $10K and &500 a month next yr ...so I presume this will all be taxed at normal Canadian tax rate at yr end taxes.(employee). is this correct ,am I right in thinking about a third in taxes,,,,just checking before I spend money on an accountant etc. thanks james
