Words of 2020
Was joking with my wife last night about what the familiar "review of the year" TV shows might be like this year  "January, February... oh look at what we thought was significant, how cute!!"
Then we discussed what words we would not have recognised back in January or February, and there are plenty to choose from. What's your choice for the Word(s) of the Year 2020? Starter for 10... "social distance" |

That's interesting, but I'm from the engineering industry and PPE has been an everyday term my whole career.

Re: Words of 2020
For the first time, the Oxford English Dictionary has chosen not to name a word of the year, describing 2020 as “a year which cannot be neatly accommodated in one single wordâ€
