Years ago as a student nurse I had a patient with a chair leg, complete with nails stuck up his rear end. I have also seen apples, oranges and fishing wire in various orifices - men and women!

We had some 79 year old woman admitted once with the lid of a talc bottle stuck up her bits, her excuse I just squeezed the tub and the lid shot off and got stuck 
. Of course we believed her, the offending lid (triangle shaped) was surgically removed and little old lady was sent on her way home.
One week later, said little old lady was back again
, this time she accidentially lost a bunch of biro's (cellotaped together) up her bits, she said she mislaid them when she sat down. Biro's surgically removed and we accidentially packed an ann summers catalogue in her bag when she was discharged.
Well she gave us a laugh
. Of course we believed her, the offending lid (triangle shaped) was surgically removed and little old lady was sent on her way home. One week later, said little old lady was back again
