Re: Wii Arm
Yep, I'm really quite fit (run and cross train 5 times a week), but when I play tennis and baseball I really ache in my right arm and shoulders; and when I play the bowling I ache in my thighs. Just shows that you're doing it properly.
We've just bought another one with darts, air hockey and some other games on, it's really good, especially for the younger kids . Cost £19-97 from Woolies, can thoroughly recommend it. There are two quite similar, our first choice was the Arcade Games but that was out of stock, so we went for this one. Karen |

No, it's just hard too do...mind you my 14 year old thinks it's easy peasy..maybe it's an age thing:o:o
Wii-arm only strikes for me with the boxing though - far too easy to get carried away with it. |

Re: Wii Arm
We've got a wii fit. The balancing exercises are really cool, expecially the ski jump and tight rope .
Downside is aching back of thighs, ritual humiliation when the blimmin thing works out your bmi and athletic age (yikes ), and the "ouch" noise when you step on the ruddy thing! :curse: |
