The requirement for the correct piece of paper to prove competence and the whole issue of seniority. Both allow those with the appropriate bit, but demonstrable incompetence, to continue on their incompetent way, while preventing those with the competence, but the inappropriate bit, to kick them into touch.

Bills - utility bills, TV bills, cell phone bills - they are all crazy with way too much detail and presented in a terribly non user friendly way!

that drivers dont put their lights on in thick fog / driving rain. They only put their lights on at night.
The amount of times I have nearly run into the back of someone on the highway because they dont have their frikkin lights on. The front running ones are on but they are less than helpful in fog to drivers behind.

Of all the things on your list, utility bills is the only one that holds true. The others you can do without, I mean an antenna will get you some channels

How Canadians are passive aggressive
Chocolate
Only being able to buy booze in one store where all the overpaid employees have the hump all the time
The fact that you cant get a good cream cake
How Canadians can drive in 4 ft snow no problem but as soon as it rains the roads are clogged with accidents and people driving like idiots
The lack of good priced cheese
and finally......How bad BBC Canada is!
