What type of Bush?
 
Can anyone tell me the name of the bush that has red wood in the winter?

You might need to be a bit more specific, such is it native or cultivated. Some maples have red stems, however a common native shrub with red stems is Dogwood Cornus stolonifera.

Dogwood was my first thought, and you can get yellow stem ones as well they look nice mixed.:)

Mrs Rich walked into a busy butchers shop once, with a shrub under her arm from a local nursery.

The butcher looked at her and said 'nice bush'. The shop went silent before an elderly gent couldn't contain himself and giggled uncontrollably. She told the butcher it needed a trim.
