I'm running a step challenge at work to try to get people moving around and not being so sedentary. The first week's challenge just finished, and the frontrunner so far (results still coming in) had 112,296 steps in 7 days. Impressive.

Haha! I actually asked him how he manages it... he said he just goes for a walk every day after dinner to unwind... I'm guessing that his home life isn't too busy!

I got to drive a car i'm interested today- Ford Focus hatchback. Love it compared to dads pickup truck. Much easier to drive, and I can actually put my foot on the gas and hear it go without suddenly hitting 120 km/h!!
