Got back a week ago from being in the UK for week staying with my sister in a town just outside of Liverpool.
It was a strange feeling being there not hearing a foreign language spoken, or seeing signs in shop windows only in English - the lack of multiculturalism & diversity - I had to shake my head, 'am I in another world'!
Its good to be back so as to have a good whinge about all that is wrong with Canada

As with most other things in Canada, everything is so damned retro...Who'd have though that 40 years later I'd get to hear it routinely, even in bloody supermarkets.

- Proper road signs
- The office humour with witty people
