What a country...

I received a signed photo of stephen harper through the post the other day. It was a limited edition too - one of 50,000 or so. Can anyone beat that!

Now, I just need to decide what to do with it.

I have one of Otto Jelinek which I was sent when I received my citizenship. It must now be a collector's item. Offers anyone?

Well, you're in AB and you lot would vote a traffic cone into office if it had a conservative rosette attached to it. I can only assume that here in BC we are more discerning and the nonce-look-alike has to make a bit more of an effort.

Shows you what a generous and caring lot these Canadian politicoes are. I don't recall ever getting a free signed glossy photo of John Major.

You don't have a dart board?

Find a government postage paid envelope from somewhere, wrap the pic and a housebrick up with the envelope and send it back. Then double the amount of bricks next time it happens. :)

Good God man. I am surprised you have to ask. Frame it and hang it over the mantelpiece.

As you're a resident of BC, we're not sure why you're asking.

Seems pretty obvious you'll have it converted into a Camberwell carrot and reduced to ash before the weekend :D

If full frontal nudity, sell on ebay. Worth at least $2. If not, fire up the barbie.

I'm not sure but does a signed photo of Dale Winton beat it

I used to have a signed photo of John Noakes. We just need a few more and we've got a game of Top Trumps.

Won't that simply hurt your own wallet, or do you believe that Harper will pay for such postage himself?

Mr Bean Jul 6th 2012 6:27 pm

Re: What a country...

Doesn't a postage paid envelope mean the receiver of the package pays any extra cost incurred?
