I do too - but I like it with extra thick double cream and you can't get it here, sigh. I have two in my cupboard, both from the UK.

Christmas pudding is one of the very best things in the whole wide world ever ever. Especially with lots and lots of brandy butter.

Actually, as I think I may have mentioned on a previous Christmas food thread, the very best way to enjoy Christmas pudding is a couple of days after Christmas. Take the remains of the pudding out of the fridge, cut a few generous slices, heat up a goodly dollop of brandy butter in a heavy frying pan, and fry the pudding in the brandy butter until the sugar caramelises and you end up with a sort of sticky toffee coating on the pudding. I prefer this with orange zest rather than lemon zest in the brandy butter, but either will do.

If there's a small selection catering for the chavs, is it possible to sneak some eggy vol-au-vents in there, and maybe a prawn cocktail for starters?

Come January, all those fall gym memberships will start to disappear, and the calories pilled on leading to more bigger backsides, muffin tops and guts

These are virtual calories. You can eat and drink as much as you want.
