The BE UK Election!

For a bit of fun...

If you could go into a UK Polling Station today, who would get your X?

(This should be set up as an anonymous poll)

None of the above, if you dont want to live there you dont get to vote there
Cripes you cant flea a sinking ship then expect to sit safe and snug in the life boat and then be allowed to give orders to the captain on what he did wrong:blink:

Obviously my opening words "For a bit of fun..." passed you by!

I can't vote in the US Elections but I am allowed to ponder who I might vote for.

I also can't vote in the Canadian elections, but that's not a problem because they're of no import. I've hear of Stephen Harper, but I could probably not pick him out of a identity parade. I don't think I could name one other Canadian politician... oh wait, David Bronconnier, Mayor of Calgary. No idea what he looks like though.

Looks like the voters in here are reasonably typical of the folks voting at home.

I'll put a (virtual) tenner on another election within 12 months.

Well it remains your country so yes you do have a right and should vote for who shall run it. Unless you've abandoned it in which case hand over your British passport.

You have either jumped through hoops to become a Canadian Citizen or are not entitled to vote in Canada. Yet you have made a life here so you should be voting here too.

What's wrong with voting where you live and work and where your heritage is? And thank **** that Britain isn't one of those twisted backward countries that make voting a legal obligation.

I'd vote for CURE - Citizens for Undead Rights and Equality: Heard an interview with them on CBC today - they seemed quite fun:
