A quote from Bottom:

"Sprouts? ... so it really is Christmas then!" :D

Merry Christmas Daedra. How come you are up at this time of night? :):)

Brussel Sprouts actually taste pretty good but you must make sure they are not overcooked.:eek:

However it would be a dull and boring world if we all liked the same things. ;)

Cheers
Steve

its the 'reveillon' (midnight mass) night silly, traditional to stay up til silly o-clock drinking & getting merry until one passes out on the couch snoring like a circular saw. Oh actually, think thats just a french canadian thing  :o

Well unless every single brussel sprout I ate was overcooked, they still taste like sweaty gym socks to me... if I could get past the fact that they look like little green veiny brains on my plate, that might help too though.

I have actually ate them (quite a few times) when mum served them up preaching how wholesome & good they were for us, not just being fussy! Mind you, I love the taste of canned asparagus and I love steamed brocolli (even though it smells funky when its cooking), think I'm not being consistant enough with my dislikes from what most people hate *lol* :D

Edit: is that you in the avatar pic? You trying to look younger? If so, would work better if your photo was in colour... just a suggestion ;)

Yes it is me. I was nine when that was taken (September 1956) just arrived in Edmonton. Didn't stay long that time. Mum hated the place and we were on our back to England the next April. :(

As for colour, sorry not available. :D
