Makes things easier though to track down possible video to show who it was. I cannot remember every place I went in a certain time frame, but the phone remembering surely would help make things easier.

Plus if you had made calls "before and after" there's a strong possibility that you were with the phone rather than someone having taken it there..

At the very least you can point to the possibility that you really were somewhere else and that's better than nothing at all.

Maybe we should all have tracking devices implanted somewhere :hysterical:

Back in the day I would piece together the events of the previous (alcohol fuelled) night from phone clues (calls made, texts sent, etc). Probably better that I didn't have a smartphone back then (higher cringe factor)!
