'uisge beatha' lives up to it's name again. Haven't most of us claimed from time to time that it's all that keeps us alive. Now, finally we have proof.

Well, my gran went to the doctor a while ago because she was having trouble sleeping. Her GP advised her to have a wee whisky with some hot milk at night before bed. She took his advice faithfully, took that every night, and now has no problems sleeping.

That was about 20 years ago, and she recently celebrated her 100th birthday! Must be doing something right.
