In 1983 I lived in Kitsilano, Vancouver for a few months with my favourite old aunt, and I'd go out to bars and come home, watch the late movie and have some snacks, etc. I discovered one night that eating a whole can of Nalley's Picante Dip (then a small local company), would cause me to dream in vivid colour, so I started doing it on purpose.
