Terrified!

I'm moving to Canada in 3 and a half weeks. The realisation of it is only just starting to hit me. My stress levels are going through the roof.

Can anyone give me any advice on ways to relax and de-stress and not drive myself insane with worry between now and then?

How did you cope in the last few weeks before the move?

Are you organised for the move? If not then that will be adding to the stress so try to get organised!!

Good luck with it all

We have somewhere to live. OH is already there sorting things out that end. I'm only taking what'll fit in my suitcase! Its just a horrible waiting game now. I feel I should be enjoying my last few weeks being in England around my family, but I just want time to speed up so I can get over there!

Ah that's a more complicated feeling. I did that too. Couldn't wait to get out to rejoin my family, although at the same time I was sad about leaving family, friends and longstanding home etc ..... This too will pass! :)

Alcohol does help! :p

^^ This - and just take one day at a time. I don't think it's posssible to not be stressed at all - you wouldn't be human if you weren't :)
