3oz of skinless chicken breast and a salad. And a delicious glass of water.

Sunday dinner tonight for 3 people consisting of Pork shoulder roast $0.88/Ib bone in [total cost $5.44] with rind/crackling stripped off the meat (cooked separately), new white potatoes (from a 10Ib bag $1.44 from walmart), Brussel sprouts $1.99/Ib (3 sprouts each, yes we only bought enough for tonight's dinner), home made apple sauce (one granny smith & one Red apple hint of cinnamon & orange juice added), packaged stuffing mix, gravy on top .... stuffed, finish with off with a cuppa tea
Remaining leftover pork will do the same meal on Tuesday (skip a night), the remaining pork for Thursday night meal will be curried, diced add in green pepper, onions, diced potato, spices & water, served with basmati rice, added in turmeric.

Caesar salad and a pork chop and a few beer, a far greater sacrifice for a pig than for a lettuce.

Stuffed pepper - large ones.
But it occurred to me it would be easier just to cook it all together. Not as attractive on the plate, maybe, but the moment you cut into one it's not really a stuffed pepper anymore.
