So it's American thanksgiving today and we're having Turkey again. A stuffed one this time. One of those cook from frozen that always sounds dodgy but one we had a few years ago was fine.

Still debating a second slice...

Ribs with avocado and asparagus salad.

I don't much go on ribs and bbq type food but once in a while is ok.

Scallops?

I think it will be spaghetti below the knees this evening. Just a jar of sauce with some venison mince , mushrooms and onion. It is what I have in the cupboard and I haven't yet been grocery shopping. Been feeling right off colour the past week for some reason. Won't stop me scoffing my tea though. Just wish MrBEVS could do the honours but then it would be boiled egg or tinned soup.

Tonight the pork wasn't thawed in time for supper so I had bacon and cheese sandwiches with HP Sauce, chips, and peas (which was very satisfying).

Salmon en Croute.
Only salmon and cream cheese in the parcel but I did have some fancy diagonal lines on the top.

It is not going at all well.
I curdled the quiche for the first time ever. May try again in the morning.
My timings are all off for this evenings roast & my oven seems to have shrunk.

Think I may as well
