Are you spying on me? I did turn 50 last week

But seriously I've been trying to get in shape since Christmas. I've lost over 30lbs and although I've not done SUP I have been cycling every day, going to the gym several times a week and doing pilates/yoga But my name's not Malcolm or Mal, I'm still on Wife #1, my gallbladder is staying exactly where it is, and if I've got a granddaughter one of my kids is getting a hiding.

An old pal of mine, 49, had a heart attack recently. I'm well aware that would likely have been me too if I'd kept on the path I was on. Clean(ish) living is better than not living.

Phew! All that just cos I had pollock for me tea.

Well done that man! Be bloody proud of yourself, it takes discipline to lose that much weight and to keep eating 'healthily' while still enjoying food - and exercising too!

I eat a lot of fish too.. last night it was a trout fillet with about 6oz of self grown carrots and green beans, served with a tiny baked potato (no butter or sour cream though, just the juices from the trout).

The 2 digestives with my cup of coffee after might have been a mistake though, lol

Belated happy birthday!!!!

Last night I had a massive posh pizza and tonight it’s amazing chicken wings in a honey Sriracha sauce.

Leftover saganaki, leftover chicken wings, and the last of the Italian sausage; within hailing distance of jambalaya.
