Teatime Choices

Re: Teatime Choices
But seriously I've been trying to get in shape since Christmas. I've lost over 30lbs and although I've not done SUP I have been cycling every day, going to the gym several times a week and doing pilates/yoga But my name's not Malcolm or Mal, I'm still on Wife #1, my gallbladder is staying exactly where it is, and if I've got a granddaughter one of my kids is getting a hiding.
An old pal of mine, 49, had a heart attack recently. I'm well aware that would likely have been me too if I'd kept on the path I was on. Clean(ish) living is better than not living.
Phew! All that just cos I had pollock for me tea.

I eat a lot of fish too.. last night it was a trout fillet with about 6oz of self grown carrots and green beans, served with a tiny baked potato (no butter or sour cream though, just the juices from the trout).
The 2 digestives with my cup of coffee after might have been a mistake though, lol
Belated happy birthday!!!!
