Teaching in Canada
 

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone could provide me with any info on what it is actually like teaching in Canada. I am looking to move to Canada in the next couple of years and am trained in teaching Primary school children. How is it different to teaching in the UK? Does it vary dependant on the province you teach in? What is the equivelent of the UK National Curriculum? Are you required to teach French? We are looking to move to Ontario but dependant on my husbands work situation this could change.
