Strawberries & cream
How much is too much?
Five good sized strawbs quartered, two tablespoons of double cream = 1 portion.
Portions per day: 2-3! Too much?!? Such a delicious crop this year.

My Mum's idea of Strawberries and cream was one (small) strawberry surrounded by an ocean of cream and a healthy sprinkle of sugar.

Strawberries are high in Oxalate, something that you might want to avoid or at least minimize if you don't want kidney stones.
Just sayin'.

From the article:
Although there are many foods that contain large amounts of oxalate, eight foods have been shown to be most at fault for raising urine oxalate levels. They are rhubarb, spinach, strawberries, chocolate, wheat bran, nuts, beets, and tea.
This does not sound good.
