Special Ballot, e-mail question.

I am out of riding and overseas, and applied on Sunday when the election was called to vote by special ballot.

Upon registration, I only received an e-mail, confirming the application.

There is mention of a second e-mail, if that application is approved, however to date nothing arrived.

Are any timelines known for this process?

The last time I've voted via special ballot, there was no e-mail response. Why is it different this time?
