Much as I try and stick by the buying locally concept sometimes your wallet means you have to shop in Costco and buy the Alberta beef. Which is better than shopping in Farmboy and buying US beef at cheaper prices. It's all compromise.

not directed at individuals, just saying that there are people who are trying to make local meat available and to give people another option to buying factory farmed and shipped stuff.

I personally wouldn't buy US beef nor Argentinian "meat" for that matter

I spoke with a lady at Scotiabank yesterday. She was very helpful and friendly. That is good.

I personally visit the one in Connecticut on the Rhode Island border and the one in Penn Station, NYC.

According to a Canadian Press story today there are already about 500 stores in the US. There are 3,500 in Canada.
