Not to be smug as we've already had a share of cold and snow.

But to show how weather varies location to location and day to day. Yesterday in Calgary it was sunny and +20°C today is supposed to be sunny and +11°C.

We have had nothing but rain this morning but we do remember a big snowfall this time last year and over a thousand stranded on the 104, took people by surprise

Yes, twice! Managed to save my camera both times! I now have proper snow boots so that falling over will not be happening again!

We are just waiting for them to take the old roof off and put the new roof trusses on - hopefully next and then they can speed through doing the rest of the job!

He is working at Young Street at the moment - it's so cold as they are working half outside and half in - but the place has no windows or heating so basically it's all outside! Where are you? I think you met his partner, Todd?

How are you settling in at your new place? Enjoying it?

We've settled in pretty well at the new place and Laura starts work a week on Monday......she was getting a bit bored with all that leisure time:blink:
