Hmmm...I well remember, from 1973 on, the two malls/shopping centres in my childhood Nottingham. The Victoria Centre - with its famed Roland Emmet kinetic sculpture/waterclock - and the The Broad Marsh Centre (which was to have been called the Arndale Centre;methinks we dodged a bullet).
