I believe he said 'everything is negotiable' as a generalisation, not specifically TR. I just found it interesting that the company website gives different information from that given to Withabix, I wasn't suggesting he wasn't told that.

Correct.

All shipping lines quote their demurrage and detention charges on their website.

Some companies use decommissioned containers as storage units, this would be a lot cheaper than using the type of facility we have.

I think BigSteelBox's rental containers are all new. They sell used ones, but when you look on their website they list their rentals as new.
