I've given an 8/10 myself. Gone well, would have been better if I'd been at home a bit more and and work a bit less.

Months 1 to 8 selling and moving house = 2/8 months 9 to 12 here and bad at first, but getting better so = 7/10. Overall a 6/10 sort of a year.

Year of two halves, this one.
From Christmas until about June, it was pretty disastrous and going downhill

Crisis with housing in June.
Resolution in July.
Uphill all the way from there
I give my 2012 an eight because of the huge the overall improvement from last Christmas to this one

I gave it a nine. We're not living in a caravan in the garden anymore, so frankly it's a vast improvement on this time last year. Maybe next Christmas I might even have a kitchen too, and then it'll be a 10.

Dad died of brain tumour in Feb, then my dog died from a surgery complication in October.
My year was shit.
