I couldn't stand him a few years ago, but he has definitely matured and grown on me! A funny, likeable guy....plus he's an Essex boy, which definitely helps lol

For some reason, I find the word "destroyed" in the title odd

I never had much time for him. I then saw "Rock of Ages". He was very good in it. Could not sit through a whole concert.

He didnt go after Sachs - did you listen to the podcast? It was mostly Jonathan Ross leaving 'offensive' messages, and mostly, they werent that offensive considering the woman in question was a member of a - the satanic sluts.

In this video he comes across as witty and polite. Only his coarse accent let's him down. If you were to simply read a transcript of what he said without knowing who it was, he would probably come across as quite a gentleman.
He was rightly pilloried for the Andrew Sachs debacle, but time goes on and perhaps he's now maturing as an entertainer.

He was complicit. "Mostly" isn't "innocent".

The whole Sachs thing, although being blown out of proportion, was out of order. Far more appropriate to have called to the "lady" in question.
It was also Ross that was pushing the convo, more than Brand.
I'm really not a great fan of either, but Russel Brand has the edge over Ross.
As the clip shows, he is talented and is able to show up people who clearly aren't!
