It's coming.

For those unable to take the ITV stream I've just discovered that TSN will be showing all the games live.

Unlikely they'll show all the games. More like delayed coverage and recorded highlights. Then again I shouldn't be such a doubting Thomas. I have TSN in my office at work so happy days if this correct.

I also have an automated spreadsheet for keeping score, if anyone is interested. I developed it a few weeks ago.

PM me if you want a copy.

Ooh I know... Some of the games are in Cardiff, will be sad to miss that but I think the tickets cost a fortune anyway..

I think that was last time they were in the night. I know I was up for a few games.
There are a handful of games around noon - 2.30pm but we're only 4 hours behind here, so even those aren't too bad. Most KOs are later.

I see the clocks change just before the final. Not that it matters for England, currently shooting themselves in the foot.

and we are 4 hours behind you, so total 8 hours behind the UK, 9 behind much of Europe

so noon kick-off in UK would be 4 am here

Yes, but really not that many. From the knock out rounds onwards I saw one 1.00pm game listed and the rest at 4.00 onwards so 'only' 8.00 am. Just in time for breakfast :)

In the group games there were not many of the earlier KOs - mostly 4.00 onwards and I got the impression that the earlier games also tended to be the minor games.

I read the TSN site. They might be a tad sneaky. Apparently the contract was for 2011 and 2015 and it's all written in 2011 but I guess the same applies. It does say all the games live but it says on TSN1, TSN2 or on line.

In 2011 TSNs 2-5 didn't exist so it might be spread out a bit more, but back then they said all Canada games and other important games on TV with the rest on line. So it might be something similar this time. But then maybe there are enough Brits in Canada for "important" to include England, Wales and Ireland.

Not Scotland, obviously. :rofl::rofl::rofl:

We only play rugby to piss the English off every once in a while, so unless we're in the same group, you're probably right. And can't see us getting into the knock-out stages.

So just a reminder then. It all kicks off Friday with the opening ceremony and first match (England v Fiji) on TSN.

Actually dont like that. The Hakka is a cultural ritual and should be faced but not disrespected. Cheap media stunt.

I used to play with a kiwi lad and he explained to me that they saw it perfectly acceptable to stand and face the Haka as it was a formal challenge and it showed mutual respect for your opponent.

I dont disagree but its a typical media or stunt done to take the piss (not disrespect) to wind them up something Brits are famous for.
Politically incorrect Yes but funny Yes to some.
