Crap - any disasters affecting row 13 are going to affect every other row too. Ther worst thats likely to happen to a specific row is someone fat or sweaty (or both) sat next to you, or the aircon dumping cold water on you...

Do they have the same policy for flight numbers? That would be more freaky... 'Last call for flight 13, laaaaaaast caaaaaaall.......'

our building is lacking a floor 13, 4 and 14 to accomodate everyones superstitions.

it is totally bizarre that the elevator goes from floor 12 to 15

They should also make a policy of not hiring Captains called Clarke, or making them change their names.

Guess airline execs aren't William Burroughs fans.

Don't like 13 or 4. Not very keen to get seats with those numbers, but not paranoid about it.

Re: row 13 missing

the airline I worked for we skipped row 13, hotels always seem to skip 13th floor, and the airline also skilled 666 in the registration numbers for the fleet.

I did stay in a hotel once with a 13th floor, can't recall the name or where it was, just found it different seeing a 13th floor in the elevator when it usually goes from 12th to 14th.
