Bought some new trainers today, 2 1/2 weeks post opp, Rebox without the strands :@) ready for cardio rehab now. (Still have to wait a week n a half) Can walk round our sub division now tho without stopping for air or sitting down to rest: #happywalker

Excellent. You want to get one of those running apps. I have Runtastic and Edmondo which are pretty good, although you have to remember to turn it off if you're popping into the pub on the way home for a couple of cheeky pints.

That's good news. Why not take up cycling too? Much more fun and less hard on the joints.

I am negotiating with a neighbour regarding his bike and already have a stationary bike and treadmill at home for them colder winter months.

Biking is okay, but swimming is much less dangerous and really good for you. You can get waterproof bluetooth headphones if you get bored easily.

I don't fall off, but the wave jumping and fast handling get the pulse going, I used to have to stop n rest after a few mins of wave jumping, just glad I didn't have a heart attack middle of Lake Ontario knowing what I know now
I downloaded the fitness tracker Oink mentioned and I will use it on the bike as swimming isn't my strong point, I can swim back to a Seadoo but I am a crap swimmer.
