Good video. We really do take our public healthcare for granted.

Yes, from the left. I tried it from the right just to see, and nearly fell over.

Never tried to mount an 'orse, your honour.

Have you seen the Backwards Brain Bicycle video by Smarter Everyday? Do a youtube search for it, absolutely fascinating.

For me it's not so much getting on - which I much prefer from the left - but more the starting to pedal. I prefer to start with my right foot and if I'm mounting from the wrong side, my right foot is the standing one.

Shipping costs in Canada are frustrating, need a smallish thing only $15 pay another $15 in shipping, oh well cheaper to order from the US, hard to support Canadian small-medium retailers with such high shipping costs.

Have you tried searching for the item on Amazon.ca? If not, have you thought of having it shipped to Point Roberts? I use this company https://inoutparcel.com/ and get some packages delivered there.

Isn't that a bit of a drive from Kamloops?

Amazon Canada doesn't have it, but I do use Pt. Roberts a few times a year.

It sure is. At least an 8hr / 750km round trip with border wait times and rest stops. But sometimes I can time it perfectly if I'm heading to Vancouver anyway.

I stumbled upon this video the other day. Never seen so many armed UK police.

Amazon item shipped Saturday, was supposed to arrive today (this is with Prime which doesn't seem 2 day anymore in any way) now they say maybe next Monday to Fri but cannot confirm and suggested ordering it again....

I don't think it ever shipped and was a glitch, has happened before. I put in a cancellation request and normally once an item is shipped they wont let me cancel, but they cancelled it near instantly and now status says refund is being processed.

Poor family.

Mom, Dad and 17 year old son are all fighting cancer of different types.

I wanted a reflector vest for work and to keep in the van, and while at the liquidator store looking for windshield wipers I noticed a couple on the rack. This could possibly be the only MTA vest being worn in Regina right now! There were corrections made with marker noting the size the logos were supposed to be, but a little methyl hydrate and a rag took care of those. No way of knowing if it came via New York or straight from China.
