I think it could have been 12 here on Monday, but it is up and down a lot. I'm in Toronto.

This winter there has been a LOT more snow than all the previous winters. But I do think the temperatures are higher, far less really cold days.

A mixed bag here. Since the New Year we've had some days at over +10 and some at -25, not including wind chills. Then again, we've already had the second-snowiest winter since records began in 1938 and may well break the record set in 1970 (I hope not:ohmy:).

Calgary this year:

Plus temperatures January, 2nd through 7th, 10th through 17th, 22nd and 23rd, 25th and 26th. The highest temp recorded in January 10.2C on the 14th.

Plus temperatures February, 5th and 7th, 11th through 29th. The highest temp recorded 13.9C on the 27th.

March has all been above zero so far highest temp 8.8C and todays forecast high is 10C

Just out of curiosity where is the OP located?

It's been consistently above freezing for about a month now. Even in January it would get above 0 most days.

The odd thing is how dry it's been. We only had half the average amount of precipitation in February, and below average in January too.

It has been rather cool in Winnipeg this winter.

You had a high of +2.9C on the 6th of January and that is it.;)

If you ever want to check daily highs and lows just go to this website pick a month, year and in the bottom box choose "Daily" then click on a city. :)

It has been beautiful here in Victoria the past couple of days +11 sunny and the cherry blossems are now in bloom (my favorite time of year here) rows of beautiful pink trees.

It has been great, this winter has been easy. I am even wearing my light coat today.

Its not doing much for the ski resorts though. :( We were definitely spoilt last winter.
