10 more years depends on how long i would get anyway. I don't want to be 90, senile, deaf and blind with no one but strangers to look after me. I do worry about old age especially when i see elderly patients. The prospect of being in hospital and too fat and weak to move myself in bed and being hauled about and shouted at by nurses has scared me into losing weight. Thanks for the reminder i was struggling with the diet recently.

I look at my Gran (well I don't 'cos she's in the UK but you know what I mean) and she's 93, essentially blind, can't get about, forgets my children's names. Forgets my name sometimes. Then she gets moments of lucidity - which are even worse for her as she realises how futile it all is. Not for me thanks. She's a Humanist and if she could, I think she would opt to "go" any time now. Not a lot of fun for her.

I'll take the vices please.
