I think he has. After being aggressively moderated, he posted something like "there's no place for me here then" and left. I didn't read it as a flounce, it didn't seem petulant. I can see that there's no point in belonging to a discussion board on which your opinions cannot be expressed.

I like opinions and debate, its personal insults Im not so keen on seeing on this board.

I couldn't, of course, because the thread was closed. As far as I could see, there were no personal insults or obvious rules broken. The biggest crime appeared to be that people disagreed with the OP. I suppose that sort of thing is not included under the category of "opinions and debate".
