Re: Patrick Swayze has died
I am saddened to hear this, but it isn't totally unexpected. He looked so gaunt that the last time he made a public appearance, I guess I just hoped he would be able to fight through it. I heard the cancer had spread a few months back, just glad he went peacefully. I always thought he was a wonderful dancer, Dirty Dancing will always be one of my favourite movies, we studied it in media studies!
My thoughts are with his family |
Re: Patrick Swayze has died
Not meaning to sound heartless, it happens, it was expected, do we need the announcement on BE?

Didn't bother posting about Keith Floyd though, didn't think many people would have heard of him tbh. |

OK, I never met the guy personally. BUT he did bugger all to improve the lives of your average joe anywhere in the world. Teddy Kennedy on the other hand did a LOT, why didnt you bother to mention his passing a few weeks ago?

Re: Patrick Swayze has died
I thought he was a lovely actor, thoroughly enjoying ghost and dirty dancing, who didn't want to be baby in that film!!
He battled for a long time :( |
