Had really good day today at the Air show, somehow got sunburnt:eek:, it was such low lying cloud I didn't even think about it:blink:

Red arrows, Falcons, Spitfires, Lancaster and RAF Falcons Parachute's, excellent displays,

Thousands of people all along the beach, little ones really enjoyed themselves and it was free:thumbsup:

How is everyone this evening?

:)

He flew a Beechcraft King Air B200 up and down the beach. He says it's slow and boring, but then if you've flown fighter planes I guess it would be. I got grief for not telling him you were going - kids could've sat in the plane etc!

Hi Sas,

That would have been amazing, what a shame, maybe next time if he flies at Bmth next year!

Thanks:thumbup:

Yes, let me know, he was at Waddington the few days before. He flies mainly contract flights now, private jets.

Another All About Eve quote?

Or are you questioning my integrity, Sir?

I have a couple of pics with him and one of the jets he picked up for a customer from the factory and flew back in June...if you'd like to see...?

Don't know what it is about pilots. I've dated two.....

Yeah right.

Both flew in Iraq...not as glam as it's cracked up to be. One almost got killed in action. If you can count showing off and crashing the wing on landing at an RAF do....

No, a 'bit of a pillock' moment. Got a severe bollocking and banned from doing displays for a year.
