Would anyone be surprised if I said busy....lol

Well, we've done lots of interesting stuff this holiday....I've finally gotten the hand of fleece spinning and plying...(not with drink - the wool). We've made a marrionette chicken today....need to finish off, made tudor seal rings, made our own paper and made animal masks, made funky foam disguises....wall paper in the style of William Morris...mini gardens, sand pictures....

So, there you go. Off to Gosport tomorrow to make Japanese Carp Kites somehow with K'nex - I'm intrigued....and then of to Burlesdon Windmill - only working one in Hampshire so looking forward to that.

This weekend up to the midlands to visit the folk and swap birthday pressies and we have a very busy August - Mind, Puddleduck, Mr HPM too, along with a few other family members....

So, that on top of being a single parent Monday through Friday....I'm 6" shorter than at the start of the holidays lol.

Just slow at typing - been up since 5am (Mr HPM left this morning as it was his birthday yesterday)....didn't have great sleep either for last 2 days....so running low on energy....


Oh BTW - Mr Ed had his long hair cut....looks rather good....mmmm
