can we do a quick rewind, what happened with your ankle??, (too many sherberts:p:rofl: No was covering a Body Pump class last week, at a club I dont usually teach at , , , some woman was giving it large - oh I use this really heavy weight for squats but cant pick it up - can you put it on my shouders for me . . which I did - went to jump over my step to get back to front of class and fell over my own bar and weights - went right over the outside of left foot - outside ankle bone touched floor - hideous noise - over music - I went pale etc. . . bloody club had no ice!! had to finish class - another 45mins and keep shoe on, drive home and then treat it - tis stil swollen and purple now! |
