British Expats - The Pass Inn and Pass Out

I woke up when Little man did this morning at 4 am and had a really bad headache and was sick, the headache has been with me most of the day, Until i took some migraine stuff, never had a Migraine before not sure it was ?

I've never had a migraine either.....the only thing i ever take is paracetamol, but even that did not work yesterday....:unsure:
